To our activities as Logistic Service provider the “Conditions for Logistic Services” deposited at the registry of the Amsterdam court in January of 2023, or the latest version, apply. With regard to the transport of goods we do not contract carrier, but as freight forwarder only. To these services, the Dutch forwarding Conditions of Fenex, filed on May 1, 2018, apply with the exception of art. 23. Applicability of clients’ conditions is expressly rejected. Should any of these conditions be updated, then the latest version applies.
